Mansour Al Ketbi is an Emirati entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience spanning investments, infrastructure — including airports and seaports — healthcare, real estate, and business development in the UAE and international markets. As Founder and CEO of MANTARA Investment, he leads corporate strategy, capital deployment, and strategic partnerships across a diverse portfolio.

He brings a strong track record in structuring investments, scaling businesses, and managing stakeholder and government relationships across the region. His experience in the healthcare sector includes leading fundraising efforts, building partnerships, and driving strategic growth initiatives, as well as advising an international NGO. Holds a Master's degree in Business Management.

Ahmad Abou Darraz

COO & Government Relations

Manages Prodie Santé's operations and government relations across the UAE and GCC.

Ahmad Abou Darraz is a seasoned business development and strategic operations executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across government-affiliated institutions, investment holdings, real estate organizations, and founder-led ventures in the United Arab Emirates. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to ownership and executive leadership, recognized for his discretion, strategic judgment, and ability to execute complex, high-impact initiatives.

For over a decade, Ahmad served in senior leadership roles within Abu Dhabi holding group, where he led company formation initiatives, managed strategic projects, coordinated cross-entity operations, and acted as a principal liaison with government authorities and institutional stakeholders.

CEO of Sidra Holding, Ahmad serves as Chief Operation Officer at Prodie Santé. In this role, he leads strategic alliance development with healthcare institutions, professional networks, and global stakeholders, supporting ethical workforce solutions and strengthening healthcare delivery systems across regional and international markets.
